The system itself can look complicated but the operational side and general outcome is easy. Our engineers will install the panels to your roof and connect the system to your existing electrical system via an inverter.
The string inverter (panel use only) or hybrid inverter (battery storage) will convert DC power from the panels to AC & distribute your new free energy to run your house or charge your batteries.
You do not need planning permission if the installation is being carried out on a domestic premise as it is considered to be permitted development.
However, we do require for a check to be carried out beforehand as it can vary depending on location of the panels, listed buildings or if the property has had installations previously.
To tailor the correct size KW system for your property a visual assessment is required. One of Thermas team members will be able to give an accurate description of how many panels we can fit to your property and how much wattage your system can produce.
