There are 2 ways a battery storage can be set up via single system or hybrid.

A battery will be accompanied with an inverter. This is what measures how much you're house is using and when to distribute/import energy to the grid.

1. Hybrid system.

This system works in parallel with your solar panels and is the most efficient way of creating, storing and distributing energy.

The panels can distribute energy it has created to run your house or charge your batteries. During the night time when the panels are no longer producing the  battery will run the house.

2. Single system.

This is where there are no panels on the roof and only a Solar Battery charger & Battery is installed. We can programme the battery to charge itself up between your low tariff prices.

This means that you will be paying for cheaper overnight electricity during the day.
